Why community support matters

Consistency can change the shape of adulthood.

UP’s model depends on consistent, informed support from staff, professional counselors, donors, volunteers, and other caring adults.

That support helps participants pursue educational and work goals, establish housing stability, build everyday skills, access counseling and transportation, and connect with community resources for long-term success.
